FAQS ABOUT THE TRADE PROGRAM

How Long Does I Take To Get Approved?

Non-tax exempt organizations are immediately issued their Trade Program number and are eligible to shop with the discount.

Tax-exempt organizations must be manually processed and approved.

Once the application and documents have been submitted, we will accept or deny and finalize the application within 48-72 hours.

Can I Pickup My Order At Tijoris Warehouse?

Once your order is prepared, an email will be sent to you by our customer service team. This email will provide all the relevant details and require you to bring a written confirmation of your pickup appointment from our customer service team when you come to collect your order at our Delray Beach warehouse.

How is B2B/B2C Shipping Calculated?

B2B/B2C Shipping is calculated based on the order and your dedicated B2B Account Manager will contact you with the shipping costs and different shipping options (such as white glove delivery) 

Do you Deliver To Residential Addresses?

All orders can be delivered/shipped to residential and business addresses and asurcharge is applied if a tailgate service is required.For Residential Deliveries, Tijoris Home does offer delivery to the outside entrance of the customers home and white glove delivery options. If your customer lives in a building the delivery team will drop the order on the ground level of the building.

How Are My Orders Shipped?

All orders arrive on pallets for LTL and full trailer deliveries. Small Parcel orders are shipped via UPS Ground or arrange a Doorstep delivery with a specialized furniture carrier. 

We will provide tracking numbers as soon as your purchase leaves the warehouse. Smaller items will not be scheduled for delivery. For larger items and bulk orders, we use special furniture LTL carriers who will schedule a delivery window with you prior to delivery to ensure your big delivery is handled with extra care and for you to have the ability to schedule a delivery.

Minimum Order Value

All new Trade Accounts must meet the minimum value of $1,500 on their initial order.

For new Designer Accounts there is no purchase minimum.

For subsequent orders, the minimum order value for shipment within the United States is $400.

If your order falls under the minimum, your Tijoris Home Account Manager will advise you of the freight cost before placing your order.
